The bar sits at the front of the room, the first thing you see coming in off Broadway, and the last thing regulars leave. It opens with the restaurant, noon on weekdays, ten on weekends, straight through to close. Some people land here for exactly one drink on the way to dinner somewhere else. Others never make it past the bar at all, a seat, something off the snack menu, a second round, and that is the whole evening sorted.
What's Pouring
Nothing on the list comes pre-batched. The Barker Espresso Martini is the one regulars order without looking at the menu, American vodka, brown sugar syrup, Colombian espresso, built to shake off a long day.
The Oaxacan Negroni goes moodier, Dos Hombres mezcal against Lillet Blanc and orange bitters. If the night calls for something lighter, the Broadway Spritz mixes coconut water, Malibu rum, prosecco, pineapple, and lime, and the Avocado Margarita brings Espolón tequila with a Tajin rim for anyone who wants a little heat on the glass.
Wine by the glass covers sparkling, white, red, and rosé, and on draft there's Guinness, Brooklyn Pilsner, Stella Artois, and Blue Point Toasted Lager.
Bar, Dining Room, or Patio
The bar itself takes walk-ins with no wait for a table. Want a proper seat instead, the dining room is right there, and on a good evening the glass enclosed patio is open for anyone who would rather have their drink outside.

The Vibe
Most nights start with the after-work crowd, one drink before the walk home. As the evening settles in, it's neighbours back from a loop through Riverside Park, or Columbia students ducking in before or after a class eleven blocks north. A few faces show up enough that the bartenders know the order before it's said.
Nobody needs a plan to be one of them.
